Shipping Information for STYLELEV Orders:

Orders placed on STYLELEV are eligible for delivery every day of the week, depending on the selected shipping service. Shipping costs vary based on the chosen service, as well as the origin and destination of your selected items. Express delivery is an option for all destinations.

Flat Shipping Fee:

  • For orders below 20,000, the delivery cost is 850 rupees.
  • For orders of 20,000 and above, enjoy a reduced delivery cost of 450 rupees.

Easy Checkout Process: At checkout, all relevant delivery options for your order and destination will be clearly displayed. You can choose the shipping service that best fits your needs.

Manage Your Orders Easily: Head to the “Orders” section in your My Account page to view and manage your purchases.

Accepted Forms of Address Proofs:

If the address on your KYC document does not match the delivery address, please provide any of the following address proofs:

  1. Bank Account Statement
  2. Electricity Bill
  3. Employee ID
  4. Hotel Booking Receipt
  5. LPG Connection Receipt
  6. Rent Agreement
  7. Hostel ID/College ID with Hostel Fee Receipt

Verification Process:

Our delivery partners (DHL, BRT, FedEx, and UPS) will send a verification link to your provided contact number or email. Please follow these steps:

  1. Link Reception: Keep an eye on your email or messages for the verification link from our delivery partner.

  2. Click the Link: Open the link received and follow the instructions provided by our delivery partner.

  3. Upload Documents: Within the link, you’ll be prompted to upload your identification and address proofs.

  4. Confirm Submission: Ensure that the documents are clear and legible before confirming the submission.

Important Note:

To avoid any delays or order cancellations, please complete the verification process within 24 hours of receiving the link.

Please note that our shipping times are provided as an estimate and are based on the time from dispatch. While we make every effort to expedite your order, STYLELEV is not responsible for customs clearance delays or issues with payment approval, though we will make efforts to minimize any potential delays.

We include the cost of taxes and duties in your order, so you won’t need to pay any additional fees.

After placing an order, you will receive an email from us containing all the details of your purchase. We may also be in touch if we need further information to verify your payment. Once your order is approved, the relevant STYLELEV partner will aim to dispatch it within 1-3 business days.

Depending on your location, delivery will normally take 4-8 business days from dispatch. We’ll be sure to keep you updated with tracking information and an estimated arrival date. You can also follow the delivery progress under ‘My Orders’ in your STYLELEV account.

If you order from multiple STYLELEV partners, please keep in mind that your items will arrive separately. While we aim to always deliver within the specified times, we aren’t responsible for delays due to customs clearance or failed payment approval.
